The bus safari wasn't what I expected. I have been to better safari than this. Was expecting more animals than actually saw.
Feed the baby tiger was my favorite activity..... very easy to book tickets with discount.....it's so affordable and handy app ......5 star to this application....
Ticketing experience was good and smooth. We reached the park early and were able to cover everything we had planned for the day. It started with a group bus tour around the safari park where we were able to spot multiple animals. This was about 30 mins long and the bus then dropped us to the Marina Park. There are multiple shows throughout the day and the Orangutan, Elephant, Dolphin, Sea Lion, and Bird shows are must watch. The lunch was good and we made sure we start our lunch early to avoid rush. One thing that could have been better - The shows get crowded and the place gets extremely warm and humid. Moreover, once the front row seats are filled, people are asked to climb up the stairs to fill in the back seats which gets a bit inconvenient.
It was an awesome place, filled with animals and the feeding centers were a great experience. There were animal shows as well which were great fun with the kids. Sadly could not go to the tiger & lion feeding sessions.
Safari and marine park were fantastic as expected. But the buffet and the restaurant was really pathetic with low quality of food and very cheap menu selection . You can't literally eat it . Please don't suggest this to anyone . I don't know what kind of restaurant they are running . Thanks
My kids really enjoyed it. All the shows are very well done The seats are still expensive too bad that to feed the animals you had to pay and at the entrance we are taken drinks and food in our bags ... the restaurants were very nice, except that the food wasn't up to scratch ... you have to pay to take photos with the animals; you have to take your phone and they don't give you the paper version.

It was a fantastic experience... Starting with the ease of booking tickets, to getting inside and enjoying Marine Park along with the Safari Park, Must watch shows Orangutan, Elephant, Dolphin & Birds Show. Indian buffet was a big let down, quality of food was not as expected. Overall a must visit place... Last but not the least, book tickets in advance as it's much cheaper & easy to process.
I liked shows, did not like photo sessions with animals, coaches were too high so you vould barely see anything. Food was reasonable.
It was great experience. But if we pictures with Dolphin and other parrots decreases to 50% then it will be the best for international tourist to take pictures.
Excellent landscaping and showing the animals in their natiral habitat . I would like to highlight two problems 1) you have to improve the signage as it's easy to miss read 2) make the show timings more user friendly
Marine Park including Dolphin show, Sea lion show and the ambiance all around are awesome. The children loved and enjoyed a lot....
I loved the lion feeding. I wish I would've been told about the hippo/lion combo, I would've bought both. Instead, they we're making me do both.
Intially when i presented the confirmed E-ticket at the Safari world counter, they mentioned that my reservation is not confirmed from the booking agent and asked me to contact the agent. I was waiting nearly 1 hour with family and kids. After chatting with the customer care of Headout and speaking to the help desk at Safari world, my entry got confirmed. Expected a seamless and smooth process to get the ticket at the counter and have entry without any hinderrance. Little disappointed on the same.
It was very entertaining going from one show to another. During the long break between shows, mid morning, we took the coach to tour the safari park. It was nice. We continued with the dolphin show after lunch. All in all, all the shows were world class.
First I went on the bus tour that was good to see all of the animals had huge inclosures no cages. How ever I went in a cage and did the feeding of the tigers and hippo's now that was amazing and I highly recommend it.
Everything is good and convenient. Except one thing is the transportation to go from the hotel to the Zoo. It was hard to find any taxi take us to there as they wanna sell the zoo tickets together.
We enjoyed a lot on that day. We bought tickets with both park and lunch buffet. The only addition to the whole visit was to add the bus fare of 200 baht in the safari park. Nice time.
Dolphin Show But the 500Baht/person just for a chance to take photo is too high. A family of 4 costs 2000Baht. The queue to take a photo is quite disorganised. Also we don't even get a photo hardcopy as a momento.
Ticketing experience via Headout is cool. We liked the different Safari shows and ofcourse the close up view of the lions and tigers from the bus. Given it is a Safari park, I expected that the bus fare would have been already included in the ticket price. However, i can understand the additional tickets for the lazy river ride. Lastly, the lunch was ok.
It was sooo increable and unforretble experience The only disappointment is the river trip for 14 and 11 year olds, very boring.(((((
I like all.activitiee in marine park And we got a good experience with headout there was no issue at the time of taking ticket at safari world

Value for money and the driver was punctual for pick up. Driver was very good to help with tickets and driving us into the Safari Park. English was not too good but we managed to communicate. International Buffett was mediocre but definitely nothing to be missed. It is based on sharing tables and pretty tight area to navigate especially when the floor is wet and someone almost slipped. Overall we enjoyed the trip.
Service in terms of transportation to n fro our hotel was timely n comfortable. Driver Ms Baah was very friendly n helpful. The animal shows esp Dolphin Show was extremely exhilarating. International buffet at Blossom restaurant in terms of the food was delicious. Setup of chairs and tables for the guests were nicely done, tidy n proper. But in terms of paper printed map, not able to locate BLOSSOM restaurant, so may need an update on that. Thank you.
The pick-up at the hotel was very punctual and the private transfer back was also trouble-free. We would perhaps have liked a little more time in the park itself, the return journey at 2 p.m. (although another trip through the safari park by car) was a little too early for our liking. You do miss one or two of the park's shows that way. The lunch we booked was very well organized for mass processing. Feeding and touching the animals in the park is an absolute highlight. A really wonderful experience!

It was easy to find the meeting point , the driver was very kind to us, guided us till the inside of marine park , and he drove safely! The best point was only us in the van , that gave us the flexibility of timing arrangent. It was a very pleasant experience with Headout!
We enjoyed all the shows with the animals and close contact with the animals. Really a great experience. There was absolutely no problem with the pick-up by the driver and getting the tickets. Perfect day.
Smooth planning with driver picking us up and taking us to activity in a comfortable ride. We enjoyed activity and the experience being hassle free.
Such a wonderful experience. Eye catcher for everyone specially kids will enjoy. Lots of shows to cheer. As it was Sunday the place was overcrowded

I had a wonderful birthday dinner during the cruise. The food is good and the music awesome! Unforgettable experience🤩
Booking online was awesome... nevertheless to redeemed the physical ticket over the counter a bit challenging. The mall too huge to get to the counter. Overall food was good...the guest singer was awesome..
I liked shows, did not like photo sessions with animals, coaches were too high so you vould barely see anything. Food was reasonable.
The boat looks very small, and the food menu was also very small, compared to white orchid which I went last time. Overall experience was not up to the mark or doesn't meet the price we paid. Either price needs to be reduced or should concentrate on engaging the audience.
I loved the lion feeding. I wish I would've been told about the hippo/lion combo, I would've bought both. Instead, they we're making me do both.
The time on the cruise was great, good food, service and entertainment. How ever getting the tickets in the shopping center was not good. The email from Headout was not clear , the details about where to get the tickets should be right on the first page, very frustrating.
Intially when i presented the confirmed E-ticket at the Safari world counter, they mentioned that my reservation is not confirmed from the booking agent and asked me to contact the agent. Being placed inside the boat during a cruise takes away an important part of the pleasure.. we should have been able to choose the level, even if for that we had to pay more. We arrived super early in the hope of being able to choose our place but it was already assigned. The reflections in the window completely spoiled the view. On arrival at the platform we had to go inside Iconsiam to collect the tickets. We got lost, nothing was indicated. The staff on the platform did not speak English and could not give us any information. The experience was nice but nothing more...
We were asked to come to Pear 4.But this wasn't the place you had to get the ticket. Lucky there was another family there who advised us. Also it's very crowded specially when boarding. We had a 3 year old child and it was very hard to navigate into the cruise.
It was a nice enjoyable night, the ticketing experience was a little bit hard as on the email sent the information said to go to pier 4 but then they said we had to go to the other side of ICONSIAM to check in and that area was very busy and hard to find
We enjoyed a lot on that day. We bought tickets with both park and lunch buffet. The only addition to the whole visit was to add the bus fare of 200 baht in the safari park. Nice time.
Excellent experience once on board. Kind and courteous staff, good music, great food and overall a beautiful experience. But the process before boarding the ship could be better. A couple of pointers to Headout that I thought could make the service better: 1. The app mentioned to exchange the online QR code with tickets at pier 4. But there was no one there. If actual office location (inside iconsiam on ground floor) was provided properly on app, that would have helped 2. The online booking didn't mention (or give choice of) upper deck or lower. We of course were looking forward to upper deck experience, but we're given lower deck tickets. However it was so nice of the Chao Phraya Princess officials to change us to upper deck after request. Really appreciate the gesture. But once on board, it was exceptionally good experience.

Could have been managed with more focus on customer service while checkin and while making everyone wait before boarding the cruise boat
